Barista Craft t-shirts
Starbucks wanted to send every employee a t-shirt for their upcoming Bariasta Craft Training (~300,000 shirts) but wanted to ensure that every employee received their needed size. HALO was able to create an online platform for store managers to access and select the specific sizes for their store employees. To ensure there was not over or under ordering, HALO integrated Starbucks store data into the platform so that each store was only allocated the exact number of employees + 10% for extras. This created a positive experience for their employees and that everyone could be included.
Once the data was collected, HALO partnered with a diverse printer who produced all 300,000 shirts and was also able to kit each unique shipment and shipped directly to about 10,000 locations in the US and Canada.
