Starbucks wanted to go all out for 50 years of celebrating Pride in 2019, so they thought what better way than to send free Pride shirts to all 200,000+ partners? Starbucks approached HALO with the need to determine a size breakdown for all field partners at the retail stores. With the help of some internal employees, we were able to come up with 11 different tiers of size breakdowns. This was based off the number of employees in each store and depending on the amount per store, they received a specific tier of shirts. Not only were we able to quickly turnaround producing 200,000+ full color custom shirts, we were also able to kit and distribute to all corporate owned stores + Siren Retail to meet the in-hands date of the country-wide Pride events!
